When completes that he backs up Pam in making wine. As the skids of juice and wort arrive from suppliers, he unloads and stocks the shelves with the product. This works out to turns out to be tons of product every week. Jesse is the quiet one of the team (at least compared to Merle). He just spends his day quietly stirring wine.
