Beer and Coolers are coming back.

Beginning March 1st we begin to take orders for beer, coolers and ciders. Thank you for all your patience over the winter season.

The February wine kits are arriving. If you haven't already, you will be getting a call soon letting you know the kits are here. As a note, we always order a few extra, so if you forgot to order yours, let us know and we will reserve one for you.  

For Sale....

We are doing some remodeling and upgrades in the store. Because of this, we have the following for sale or free.....

   Free:

     - 23 litre (5 gal) plastic carboys - take as many as you want. (Cut the top off for planters)

     - #11 bungs (with and without holes) - take as many as you want.

     - Stubby Beer bottles - take as many as want.

   For Sale:

      -  Shelving - Wooden and Metal. Great for shops or storage rooms. We are taking very modest offers on these.

How Many Bottles Should I get?

In 2004, you used to get 27-28 bottles of wine when you came into bottle. Over the past few years, with technology and procedural changes you are now getting over 29 bottles and sometimes if you are lucky, over 30 bottles. We would like to point out however, that getting 30 bottles is not a guarantee. There are many variables that can effect the quantity, such as sediment after racking, location on filtering sequence, and how much we keep for our personal use (just kidding). We have had some people questioning their amount recently because they never got 31 bottles like they did the previous bottling. If you get 30 or more, count your blessings and buy a lottery ticket, as it is your lucky day.

Six-packs are back!

As mentioned in the January Newsletter, six packs are coming back! The first one will be in a Premium Selection International series. Included in it will be:

       German Muller-Thurgau

       South African Chenin Blanc

       Australian Petit Verdot

       Chilean Malbec Shiraz

       Sicilian Nero D'Avola

       Spanish Tempranillo

The reds are our new Kits that come with grape skins giving the wine more nose and mouth appeal.

The second Six pack will be an Island Mist Grouping. These are perfect for on the deck on those hot summer days. Included in this Six Pack is:

       Green Apple Riesling

       White Cranberry Pinot Gris

       Strawberry White Merlot

       Cranberry Malbec

       Pomegranate Zinfandel

       Blackberry Cabernet

Both Six Packs are ready for ordering. If you are not familiar with a six pack, you will get 6 bottles of each of the wine listed, totaling 36 bottles. They all include labels and shrinks (tops) as well so you can tell them apart. For more details and pricing, please call the store. Only a limited amount of shares will be available.
